Refund policy

  • We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund.
  • We will do our absolute best to accommodate exchanges, but recognize that every item we have for sale in shown real-time in our inventory. If you have questions about sizes, availability or inventory please contact us before ordering. We're available seven (7) days a week at (229) BELLA-RD or by email.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at yourfriends<at>bellaroad.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Please also note that the following categories are final sale and products are not returnable for personal hygiene reasons:

    • Bodysuits
    • Face masks
    • Intimates/Lingerie
    • Jewelry
    • The Mystery Box (all contents)
    • Swimwear (including cover-ups)
  • Bella Road Customer Service will do our absolute best to address any issues with the categories above, including offering free shipping and/or discount codes for future purchases. All decisions will be at the sole discretion of Bella Road.
