Shipping policy

  • Because we curate products from across the globe, shipping times can vary widely. We offer both direct fulfillment from our warehouse and third-party shipments ... depending on each SKU and its origin.
  • During the normal course of business, shipment preparation and handling time averages 2 business days, and rarely exceeds 3 business days.
  • Direct fulfillment orders will be shipped from our warehouse within the specified processing time.
  • Third-party shipments items may have longer shipping times depending on the supplier's location and shipping method.
  • In the event there's a delay in preparation or handling, we will contact you by email.
  • Most Bella Road shipments use the USPS Ground service, and we will automatically send you updates at the following points in the order process: upon payment; upon shipping (including the tracking number); when the package is out for delivery; and when the package is delivered.
  • Order cut-off time is 11:59PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). 
  • Bella Road offers Free Shipping on all orders above $100, which is automatically calculated during checkout.
  • All USPS shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of each item, and use discounted rates available to Shopify sellers.
  • We cannot change the delivery address once an item is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at your friends<at>bellaroad.com or (229) BELLA-RD.
  • We charge tax on shipping in the State of Georgia as required by law.
  • If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
  • If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
  • Estimated shipping times will be provided at the time of checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
  • We offer tracking information for all shipments, which are included in the post-purchase email flow. In the event you're not receiving email from Bella Road, please use our Contact Us form to let us know and we'll investigate immediately.
  • You can enter these tracking numbers on usps.com and see the package's progress all the way to receipt.
