    • Orders placed through our Shopify store or via social media platforms (TikTok and Instagram) will be processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
    • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, or peak seasons. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
    • All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In the event of order cancellation, we will promptly refund any payment made.

    3. Shipping Times:

    • Because we curate products from across the globe, shipping times can vary widely. We offer both direct fulfillment from our warehouse and third-party shipments ... depending on each SKU and its origin.
    • Direct fulfillment orders will be shipped from our warehouse within the specified processing time.
    • Third-party shipments items may have longer shipping times depending on the supplier's location and shipping method.
    • Estimated shipping times will be provided at the time of checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
    • We offer tracking information for all shipments whenever available.

    4. Returns and Refunds:

    • We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

    • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • Please note that personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at yourfriends <at> bellaroad.com. Your participation in the Program does not require that you make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
